Beachtet, dass die quantitative Biologie ein anderer Studiengang ist und dementsprechend ihren eigenen Stundenplan vorstellen und erklären wird. Zudem wird diese Veranstaltung ausschließlich auf Englisch gehalten.

Ablauf der ESAG Wintersemester 2023/2024 (WS 23/24):

Bitte beachtet unsere Verhaltensregeln auf dem Campus.

• Begrüßung aller Studierender durch den AStA am 02.10. und allgemeinen Informationen über die Uni mit anschließender Begrüßungsfeier auf dem P2
• 04.10. Vorstellung der WE und der Fachschaft Biologie
  • Einlass nur mit Lichtbildausweis und Immatrikulationsbescheinigung oder Studierendenausweis
    • Warum? Weil wir Euch ein Bändchen verpassen werden, um nicht immer wieder Euer Alter kontrollieren zu müssen.
  • Einführung ins Studium
  • Erstellung des Stundenplans (exemplarischer Stundenplan findet ihr in der Präsentation der WE)
  • Informationen zur Biofahrt
  • Kleine Vernetzung und Austausch mit der Fachschaft
• 05.10. Campus kennenlernen
  • Aufteilung der Erstis in Ralley-Gruppen mit anschließender Ralley
  • Im Anschluss kleine Vernetzung und Austausch mit der Fachschaft
• 06.10. Sieger*innenehrung, Ersti-Beutel, Spiele

Verhaltensregeln auf dem Campus

• Es gilt ein absolutes Glasflaschenverbot auf der gesamten Campusfläche
• Wir verfolgen eine Null-Toleranz Politik bezüglich Diskriminierung & Belästigung jeglicher Art bis hin zu körperlichen Auseinandersetzungen
• Auf die Anwohner*innen in unmittelbarer Nähe des Campus soll Rücksicht genommen werden
• Rettungs- & Fluchtwege sind zu jeder Zeit frei zu halten
• Wir setzen auf einen angemessenen und bewussten Umgang bezüglich alkoholhaltiger Getränken
• Illegale Substanzen sind verboten
• Waffen sind genauso auf dem Campusgelände nicht erlaubt

Niemand wird gezwungen Alkohol zu trinken, solltet ihr dennoch vor haben etwas zu trinken bitten wir euch gut zu frühstücken, etwas zu Essen oder genug Geld für die Mensa einzupacken.

Note that quantitative biology is a different major and accordingly will present and explain its own schedule. In addition, this course will be held exclusively in English.

• Welcome of all students by the AStA on 02.10. and general information about the university followed by a welcome party on the P2.
• 04.10. Presentation of the WE and the Biology Student Council
  •     Admission only with photo ID and certificate of enrollment or student card
    • Why? Because we will give you a wristband so that we don't have to check your age again and again
  • Introduction to the study
  • Preparation of the timetable (you can find an exemplary timetable in the presentation of the WE)
  • Information about the bio trip
  • Small networking and exchange with the student council
• 05.10. Get to know the campus
  • Division of the first-year students into rally groups followed by a rally.
  • Afterwards small networking and exchange with the student council
• 06.10. Honoring of winners, first year bag, game

Campus rules of conduct

• There is an absolute ban on glass bottles on the entire campus area
• We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding discrimination and harassment of any kind, including physical altercations.
• Residents in the immediate vicinity of the campus are to be treated with consideration.
• Rescue and escape routes are to be kept clear at all times.
• We rely on an appropriate and conscious use of alcoholic beverages.
• Illegal substances are prohibited
• Weapons are also not allowed on campus

No one is forced to drink alcohol, but if you do plan to drink, please have a good breakfast, something to eat, or enough money for the cafeteria.
